URASTUN has a fully developed tool manufacturing and maintenance infrastructure of its own to support product development and production.

Tools are the most important production equipment. Therefore, we place the highest emphasis on this area.

Our toolmakers use modern technologies to manufacture the required tools and dies with speed and accuracy.

Extensive use of machines such as CNC wire cuts, EDMs and CNC Machining centres minimizes the margin of error and assures conformity to design.




URASTUN has manufactured a variety of tools over the years. Single hit dies, compound dies, progressive dies and cam operated tools are where we have gained an edge with our customers.

We take the utmost care while selecting our Tool Steels to avoid any failures in production runs. We use a variety of steels depending upon the product for e.g. D2, D3, Holdax, Rigor etc. Also, the tool hardening process is tightly monitored to ensure minimum variations.

Whether its dies, moulds, checking fixtures, welding fixtures, assembly fixtures all are designed and developed in-house by our team of engineers.


In all, our technology combined with the expertise acquired over three decades, gives us a USP in terms of manufacturing tools of all types.
