URASTUN has been manufacturing
roll formed parts for over 15 years and is a national leader
in this area.
Roll forming is a high-speed production process that
can produce uniformed cross sectional dimensions throughout
the length of the part. Major advantages are that different
lengths can be made without trim scrap, elimination of multiple
stage operations and edge rolling of slit edges to reduce the
risk of accidents.

Our roll forming lines are
capable of handling up to 10" wide strips of up to .08"
thickness. Different profiles such as C- channels, U-channels,
hat profiles, rails etc. are manufactured at our facility.
All supplementary fabrication such as dimpling, swaging and
hole punching can be performed. Tooling for other sizes, shapes
or custom hole patterns can be made quickly in our own facility.
